    Yes. We can support you through the transition process by contacting your current provider (if needed), reviewing your service agreement, and ensuring there's no disruption to your support.
  • Q. Do you provide SIL or in-home support in regional QLD areas?
    We do. Our availability depends on your location and level of support required. Get in touch and we’ll let you know what's possible in your area.
  • Q. Do I need to use all the support hours listed in my NDIS plan?

    No, it's your choice how you use your funding. We’ll work with you to design a support schedule that suits your lifestyle and goals.

  • Q. Can I get help with attending medical appointments or community events?

    Yes. Our Travel and Transport support includes trips to appointments, community activities, and even recreational outings. We also assist with planning and communication.

  • Q. Will I always have the same support worker?
    Where possible, yes. We prioritise consistency and build a team around your preferences. If your usual worker is unavailable, we’ll always let you know in advance and offer someone you’re comfortable with.
